- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives
- Lead long term financial forecasting and capital structure planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics
- Optimize capital structure and financing strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations, including Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, regulators, and financial institutions
- Establish strong internal controls and governance frameworks
- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance
- Oversee operational functions including purchasing, logistics, IT, and administration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional certification required (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 10 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience
- At least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role (CFO / Finance Director level)
- Experience within the UAE or GCC market
- Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, Corporate Tax, Transfer pricing, VAT, and IFRS
- Adherence to the highest Ethical Standards & Integrity

Job Summary
- The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the financial strategy, planning, risk management, and overall financial health of the organization.
- The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership aligned with UAE regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and best international practices.
- The CFO has ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of financial statements (IFRS and tax compliance), the oversight of the accounting, IT, purchase, logistics and administration departments as well as for the implementation of internal controls.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Lead long term financial forecasting and capital structure planning.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance metrics.
- Optimize capital structure and financing strategies.
- Oversee investment management and funding requirements.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations, including Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and VAT.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, regulators, and financial institutions.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
