- Conduct quarterly performance evaluations and implement improvement plans
- Enforce brand’s channel management system and ensure dealer compliance with KSA specific policies
- Collect KSA specific market intelligence and provide regular reports to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- 1–2 years of channel operations or retail management experience in KSA’s automotive sector
- Strong skills in dealer development and business negotiation
- Proficiency in basic data analysis (e.g., Excel, CRM tools)
- Valid KSA driver’s license (C1 or above)
- Willingness to conduct frequent cross city dealer visits

About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Arabic; ability to negotiate and communicate effectively with local dealers.
- 1–2 years of channel operations or retail management experience in KSA’s automotive sector.
- Strong skills in dealer development and business negotiation.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis (e.g., Excel, CRM tools) to track dealer performance.
- Valid KSA driver’s license (C1 or above); professional presence; willingness to conduct frequent cross city dealer visits; ability to work under pressure.
