Role Overview
Lead technical onboarding and integration for corporate clients across GTB payment channels.
The engagement duration is six months and the role is based in Dubai.
Client Onboarding and Integration
- Lead onboarding across Host-to-Host, SWIFT FIN/FileAct/Alliance connectivity, and payment, statement, balance, and collections APIs.
- Understand client ERP and TMS landscapes and design optimal integration approaches.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients during onboarding.
Solution Design and Testing
- Translate business requirements into integration models, message formats, and connectivity patterns.
- Advise on integration, security, and scalability best practices and support complex technical solutions.
- Coordinate connectivity, message validation, end-to-end transaction, exception, and error-handling testing.
- Support UAT, cutover planning, go-live readiness, validation, and post-go-live hypercare.
Delivery and Documentation
- Align technical milestones and dependencies with implementation plans and flag risks, delays, or delivery gaps.
- Prepare integration specifications, message mappings, connectivity guidance, and security documentation.
