About the Role
We are seeking a CEO to provide strategic and operational leadership for a leading EPC contracting company in the Oil & Gas sector. The CEO will be accountable for P&L, corporate governance, mega-EPC project delivery, and expanding the organization's footprint.

- Formulate and execute long term visions and business plans to secure profitable organizational expansion
- Oversee company wide operational performance, enforcing strict risk management and execution standards across complex EPC initiatives
- Represent the organization before the Board of Directors and manage high stakes relationships with top tier clients, regulatory bodies, and major oil and gas developers
- Direct overall corporate financial health, driving strategic capital allocation and resource optimization to maximize value
- Lead cross functional change initiatives and development programs to elevate organizational readiness, culture, and capabilities
Requirements
- Proven tenure as a CEO, COO, or Executive Director within prominent Power/Energy EPC corporations
- Solid, hands on background in the Oil & Gas sector (pipelines, plants, and large scale infrastructure)
- Demonstrated success delivering major projects in strict compliance with Saudi Aramco specifications and governance
- Exceptional strategic vision, decisive executive judgment, and strong capability to navigate complex joint venture landscapes

Overview
- The CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership to drive sustainable growth for a leading organization, The CEO holds ultimate accountability for the company's profit and loss (P&L), corporate governance, mega EPC project delivery, and expanding the organization's footprint within the Oil
Key Accountabilities
- Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute long term visions and business plans to secure profitable organizational expansion.
- Project Governance: Oversee company wide operational performance, enforcing strict risk management and execution standards across complex EPC initiatives.
- Stakeholder Relations: Represent the organization before the Board of Directors and manage high stakes relationships with top tier clients, regulatory bodies, and major oil and gas developers (including Saudi Aramco).
- Financial Management: Direct overall corporate financial health, driving strategic capital allocation and resource optimization to maximize value.
- Corporate Transformation: Lead cross functional change initiatives and development programs to elevate organizational readiness, culture, and capabilities.
Experience & Skills
- Executive Track Record: Proven tenure as a CEO, COO, or Executive Director within prominent Power/Energy EPC corporations.
- Sector Expertise: Solid, hands on background in the Oil & Gas sector (pipelines, plants, and large scale infrastructure).
