Role Details
The role is Cards Technical Implementation Lead.
The assignment is for a 12-month term in Riyadh, KSA, onsite.
The role sits within Cards and Payments / Retail Banking.
The project is a BNPL platform launch covering mass consumer credit cards, wallet-linked prepaid cards, and commercial card products.
Mandatory Requirements
- Have hands-on end-to-end technical implementation experience across consumer and commercial card programs.
- Have direct experience with principal membership setup and ICA enablement with a major card scheme.
- Have processor integration experience, such as with a tier-one issuer processor.
- Know the SAMA regulatory framework for card issuance and consumer finance licensing.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be immediately available or available within a 30-day notice period.
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead technical delivery for consumer credit, wallet-linked, and commercial card programs in the KSA market.
- Maintain plans for BIN setup, ICA assignment, card management system integration, processor connectivity, and Mastercard certification.
