Role Overview
The Card Consulting Program Lead will oversee end-to-end delivery of a large cards transformation program.
The program covers consumer and corporate cards, CVM, analytics, governance, controls, product launch, digital enablement, and portfolio optimization.
The role combines senior strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on program leadership and cross-functional team management.
Term and Location
- The engagement term is 12 months.
- The role is based in Riyadh, KSA.
Mandatory Requirements
- 15 or more years of relevant experience in consulting, program management, payments or cards, or financial services transformation.
- Senior consulting and program leadership experience is required.
- Experience must include problem structuring, C-level stakeholder management, governance, risk and dependency management, analytics-led decision-making, and execution oversight.
- Knowledge of cards, CVM, product launch, digital banking, and SAMA regulations is required.
- English and Arabic proficiency is mandatory.
