- Anticipate and collect data pertaining to guest preferences and needs throughout their stay
- Ensure the suite is prepared and ready as per guest requirements prior to arrival
- Greet the guest at the Porte Cochere, extending a warm and personalized welcome
- Escort the guest directly to the suite
- Carry out in room check in
- Attend to guest luggage and belongings as per guest preference
- Handle and prepare guest dry cleaning or laundry
- Prepare guest agenda or schedule including reservations, activities and other
- Communicate guest schedule to other departments accordingly
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in a similar butler or VIP services role
- Ability to anticipate and collect data on guest preferences and needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
