- What Did We Order?
- Lead the Floor & Operations:
- Actively manage the butchery unit, including hands-on meat processing, packaging, and safe storage, while proactively directing and motivating the warehouse team.
• Commercial Analysis & Inventory
- Apply analytical skills to track SOH (Stock on Hand), audit goods received, minimize wastage, and run cost-benefit analyses to improve overall unit profitability.
- Workflow Optimization:
- Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to control the flow of temperature-sensitive goods, optimize warehouse space, and maintain all butchery facilities and equipment.
- What's on your plate?
- Butchery Expertise:
- Deep, hands-on experience in butchery operations and meat processing.
- Advanced Excel:
- Fluent in MS Excel with a strong command of formulas, data manipulation, and building operational reports.
- Leadership:
- Proven team leader with the ability to drive, train, and manage a team independently.
- Commercial Acumen:
- Highly analytical; able to understand the financial impact of yield, wastage, and supply chain bottlenecks.
