Responsibilities
- Provide hands on leadership and support in the implementation of Global, Regional and MU specific programs and initiatives across MEA North
- Own and drive initiatives within MEA North on behalf of the Managing Director
- Link Global and Regional programs/initiatives between MEA North and key Regional stakeholders
- Mature the regional Digital Hub strategy and drive DH motions into MEA North
- Act as a clear leader across MEA North and represent the Managing Director when not available
- Be the single owner for high quality pipeline in CQ+1 and CQ+2, as well as overall 4RQ
- Implement a programmatic approach to managing pipeline, supported by Demand Management
Requirements
- Track record of translating transformations and strategy into execution and measurable business success
- Experience engaging with customer facing, sales, services, support or customer engagement organizations
- Experience driving results through a multi faceted, out quarter and multi year demand landscape
- Strong focus on Customer and Customer Success
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent accreditation required; Master's Degree or MBA preferred

Role Overview
- The Growth Officer, MEA North, is a key member of the Customer Success Market Unit leadership team.
- Responsible for focusing on the holistic health of out quarter business.
- Works alongside Regional Strategy and Transformation lead to ensure strategic programs are implemented.
Responsibilities
