Requirements
- 10 years experience with a track record in creative, brand, digital, social and data driven marketing projects in creative agencies, with a strong focus on healthcare communication
- Experience in being client facing in a leading role
- Management experience of 3 5 subordinates
- Excellent understanding of end to end communication eco system, with deep understanding of health industry
- Experience in planning, strategy, managing and activating multichannel campaigns
- BA degree (or similar)

Role Overview
- The Business Director is responsible for building client relationships and managing a team, collaborating with senior leadership and other agency departments.
- They will lead strategic, operational and delivery aspects of major accounts and own relationships with clients.
- They work closely with the Business Lead to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client conversations and work closely with Business Lead(s) to ensure excellence in strategy, creative and production.

Qualifications
