Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the human capital management sector, is actively seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing sales strategies, and contributing to the achievement of revenue targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities

- Identify, target, and approach potential clients across Saudi Arabia to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify prospects within the HR, Human Capital, Training, and Assessment sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR leaders, and business executives.
- Actively perform cold calling, networking, and door-knocking activities to expand the client base.
- Present and promote Rawaj-HCM's services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's overall business growth strategy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- -------------------------------------
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Proven experience within the HR, Human Capital, Recruitment, Training, Learning & Development, or Assessment industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and business culture.
- Demonstrated success in generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Very good command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
