- Develop and execute business development plans aligned with the company's growth objectives and market expansion strategy.
- Identify, approach, and secure new corporate clients, strategic partners, and business opportunities within the travel and tourism sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, government entities, and strategic partners to ensure long term business success.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging industry trends to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets by preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing high value business deals.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of client requirements.
- Prepare regular business development reports, sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights for senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, with at least 5 in a managerial role.
- Experience within Travel Solutions, Travel Technology, Tourism, Aviation, Destination Management Companies (DMC), Online Travel Agencies (OTA), Corporate Travel, or Hospitality is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating commercial agreements, and achieving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi travel and tourism industry, corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, sales reporting tools, and data analysis.
