A Snapshot of Your Day

  • Based out of Abu Dhabi Service Centre, a state of the art compressor and turbine repair facility.
  • Drive and coordinate client activity during project development phases to deliver successful sales campaigns and customized repairs for Compressors, Steam Turbines, and Gas Turbines in Oil & Gas, Mining, Industrial and Power Generation market segments.
  • Liaise with Customers, Engineering, Operation and Maintenance teams to ensure proactive business development.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Drive sales growth for our Abu Dhabi Service Centre.
  • Manage select accounts that are key to the success of the regional service centres.
  • Collaborate with, and support, Client managers to secure repair opportunities across the Middle East.
  • Leverage interpersonal and inquisitive skills to build customer knowledge and create opportunities in new markets.
  • Enhance Customer relationships and satisfaction with Siemens Energy.
  • Play a key role in developing and promoting campaigns and strategies to drive sales.
  • Collaborate with regional repair team to develop repair proposals and present to Customer with winning value proposition.
  • Maintain timely market and competition situation analysis.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree of Science in Engineering required or minimum 5 years technical experience in energy industry.
  • Sales and business development experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of rotating equipment, with experience on compressors, gas turbines, and steam turbines preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels within customer organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinker with focus on technical differentiation and value selling.
  • Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable business growth.
  • Good understanding of oil & gas and industrial market in Middle East and extensive relationships across customer organizations.
  • Distinct customer orientation, strong customer interface skills.
  • Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution and contract negotiation.
  • Team player who can influence and collaborate with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Must be willing to travel.
