Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in business development within the legal industry or professional services sector in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East
- Strong understanding of the legal market landscape and client needs in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic highly desirable
- Willingness to travel as needed

The Role
- We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the legal sector within the Riyadh region and broader Saudi Arabian market.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior partners and legal teams to tailor services that meet client needs and market demands.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Represent the law firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and targets to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in business development within the legal industry or professional services sector, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of the legal market landscape and client needs in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that deliver measurable results.
- Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
