The Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Manager to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh.
  • This role offers an opportunity to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and contributing to strategic expansion of legal services across Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the legal sector within the Riyadh region and broader Saudi Arabian market.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, external partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior partners and legal teams to tailor services that meet client needs and market demands.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends and identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Represent the law firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
  • Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and targets to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development within the legal industry or professional services sector, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of the legal market landscape and client needs in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans that deliver measurable results.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
