Responsibilities
- Drive business development activities across UAE and Saudi Arabia, identifying and securing new client opportunities
- Leverage an existing network and client following to generate revenue and expand market presence
- Develop and execute growth strategies to establish and strengthen the firm's position within the Saudi market
- Build long term relationships with corporate decision makers, HR leaders, mobility teams, and legal stakeholders
- Lead client pitches, proposals, presentations, and strategic account development initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on Saudi immigration, labour law, workforce mobility, and compliance matters
- Oversee the delivery of Saudi immigration services, ensuring exceptional client service and regulatory compliance
- Manage complex corporate immigration programmes, including employment visas, work permits, Iqama processing, block visas, dependant visas, and government liaison activities
- Maintain strong relationships with relevant Saudi government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and proactively advise clients on business impacts and opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Saudi and UAE immigration, global mobility, or a related professional services environment
- Demonstrable success in business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation
- Established client relationships and a transferable portfolio within Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC market
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into long term clients
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi immigration regulations, labour law, Saudization requirements, and government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Enjaz, and Mudad
- Experience advising multinational organisations on workforce mobility and compliance strategies
- Excellent presentation, networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential

- An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced business development focused immigration professional to lead and expand a growing UAE and Saudi Arabian immigration practice.
- We are seeking a commercially minded Senior Manager with an established network and proven ability to generate new business, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue growth across the UAE and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- This is a leadership role for an individual who combines deep Saudi immigration expertise with a strong track record of winning and retaining corporate clients.
- The successful candidate will bring a transferable client portfolio and the ability to identify new opportunities with multinational corporations, regional businesses, and high net worth individuals requiring immigration, mobility, and workforce compliance support.
