- They have successfully delivered large-scale projects across key development zones in Saudi Arabia and are currently expanding their catering operations across the Western Region and Riyadh.
- They are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to support growth and expansion within the catering division.
- Description:
- Develop and implement a clear sales and growth strategy for catering services across the Saudi market.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, governmental, industrial, event, and remote-site clients.
- Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Build tailored and commercially viable catering solutions in collaboration with culinary and operations teams.
- Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and business growth.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion plans.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and operational delivery standards.
