- We are a high-performance team that uses a hyper-focused approach, encompassing extensive data analysis and market research, to ensure the most robust results on commercial priorities.
- Qlub's expansion team has a dynamic mission to drive adoption of NFC Tap/QR payment solutions — and we are now bringing this to the UAE's fast-growing beauty and wellness sector.
- As a Business Development Manager focused on expanding our presence across beauty and wellness venues in the UAE, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leveraging your existing network across salons, barbershops, spas, aesthetic clinics, and wellness centres, alongside strong sales skills, to generate and close new leads
- Expanding our partner base by onboarding new beauty and wellness venues onto the platform
- Proactively sourcing leads through various channels, identifying key decision-makers, scheduling meetings, and managing the full sales cycle — from initial outreach to full operational launch
- Building and nurturing relationships with salon owners, clinic managers, and their teams
- Analyzing lead generation and sales performance data to refine processes and improve key metrics such as conversion rates
- Collaborating closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new partners
- Managing the accounts you close by driving platform adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting new features
Qualifications
- Relevant business degree
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus
- Understanding of the payment terminals business — experience in sales for payment terminals is a plus
- Strong network of decision-makers in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors (salon owners, clinic directors, spa managers)
- Experience with owner/founder-level sales and strategic partnership building
- Experience in sales and/or account management
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit — you want to build something big and have a measurable impact
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset: you hustle to get things done and proactively find ways to reach and exceed your targets
- Experience using data and analytics to drive sales impact and results
