About the Role

- Proactively source and qualify leads through multiple channels

- Present and pitch qlub's lending solution with clarity and confidence
- Analyze lead generation, pipeline, and sales performance data to improve conversion rates
- Work closely with product, finance, risk, and operations teams
- Represent qlub in meetings, events, and calls with partners
Requirements
- Proven experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or growth (preferably with financing/lending sales experience)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, proactive, and driven by results
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Passionate about the F&B, hospitality, or fintech industry
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high impact startup environment

The role
- We are seeking a Growth Manager, Credit Financing to take ownership of qlub’s new financing product and drive its growth across the region.
- You will sell qlub’s lending solution to restaurants and hospitality partners.

What You’ll Be Driving
- Proactively source and qualify leads through multiple channels.

Qualifications
