The Role

  • Qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work.
  • As our next Growth Marketing Director, you'll help drive our growth in B2B paid acquisition: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one.
  • You'll own the full stack — creative strategy, media buying, funnel optimization, tracking, and reporting — working closely with Sales under clear SLAs to turn cold traffic into qualified pipeline.

What You'll Own

  • Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn, managing $100K+ in monthly ad spend with clear ROI accountability
  • Lead creative strategy end to end: generate and validate high converting ad concepts, build a performance ad portfolio (live action, UGC style, AI assisted), and optimize for hook rate, hold rate, and scroll stopping moments
  • Own the funnel from landing page to lead handoff, defining lead qualification criteria and speed to lead SLAs with Sales leadership to drive revenue generating pipeline, not just lead volume
  • Build reliable multi touch attribution and reporting infrastructure across channels to guide scaling decisions
  • Hire and lead a small team of performance marketers and external partners, setting high standards for quality, speed, and accountability

What You'll Need

  • 8+ years in performance marketing with proven B2B, pipeline driven results
  • Deep hands on experience with Meta, TikTok, Google Ads (Search), and LinkedIn, including managing $100K+ monthly budgets
  • Track record producing or directing high performing video ads, with strong CRO expertise and a technical foundation in tracking, server side implementation, and CRM integrations
  • Fluency in English is a must

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms
  • Knowledge of ad libraries, creative research tools, and structured testing frameworks
