- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the banking, financial services, and corporate sectors
- Leverage existing relationships with banks, financial institutions, and high net worth clients to generate leads and secure deals
- Present tailored financial and business solutions to meet client needs, including investment structuring, escrow services, project financing, and advisory services
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to shape business strategy
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution of deals and client onboarding
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and business forums to promote brand visibility and thought leadership
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and business cases to prospective clients and partners
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in banking and financial services
- Proven track record in acquiring institutional clients, structuring financial solutions, and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong knowledge of financial products, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks within the UAE and GCC
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
