Business Development Manager ( arabic speaker)

The **Business Development Specialist** will be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in the **Emirati private market**, focusing on securing **small to medium-scale projects and villa developments**, in addition to exploring opportunities within the **real estate development sector**.

The role requires a proactive professional with strong local connections, capable of building trust and establishing long-term relationships with Emirati clients and developers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new leads, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the company’s overall growth in Dubai’s competitive market.

· Identify and secure new business opportunities in the **villa**, **small-to-medium project**, and **real estate development** segments.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with **Emirati private clients**, **landowners**, and **developers**.

· Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events to promote services and create business leads.

· Collaborate with management and marketing teams to prepare customized proposals and presentations.

· Monitor market trends and client needs to support business strategy and positioning.

· Actively contribute to achieving sales and development targets for the project management division.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

· 3–5 years of experience in business development, preferably within engineering consultancies, interior design firms, or construction companies.

· Strong local network among Emirati private clients and real estate developers

· Excellent networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport.

· Strong understanding of the Dubai market and local business culture.

· Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written).
