Work as a field business development executive serving merchants in an assigned area.
Onboard businesses, drive PhonePe product adoption, and ensure active usage of payment and financial services.
Sales and merchant onboarding
- Acquire new merchants and onboard them onto the PhonePe platform.
- Install and activate PhonePe QR codes.
- Promote and sell PhonePe Smart Speakers.
Product promotion and reactivation
- Educate merchants about PhonePe payments, offers, and other services.
- Drive adoption of digital payments in local businesses.
- Identify inactive merchants and visit them to resume transactions.
KYC and financial services
- Assist merchants with KYC verification.
- Promote and support PhonePe loans and other financial services.
Relationship management
- Maintain good relationships with merchants.
- Resolve basic issues and coordinate with support teams.
Field activity and reporting
- Conduct regular market visits in the assigned territory.
- Meet daily transaction and onboarding targets.
- Report daily activities to the manager.
Pay
- Pay is ₹20,500 to ₹23,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- Ability to visit merchants and conduct regular market visits in an assigned territory.
- Ability to meet daily transaction and merchant onboarding targets.
- Ability to assist with KYC verification and financial service support.
- Ability to report daily field activities to the manager.
