Join the Lending Operations team to establish strong operational processes and drive automation from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize end-to-end loan lifecycle processes covering origination, disbursement, repayments, and collections.
- Identify system-level improvements to increase repayment and collections efficiency.
- Implement cross-functional strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Interpret and implement lending regulations and establish reconciliation controls.
- Develop customer support feedback mechanisms and SOPs for customer-facing issues.
- Manage business and ad hoc reporting and lead process streamlining.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of operations experience.
- Strong logical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to evaluate, streamline, and establish scalable business processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech from a Tier-1 institution or MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institution is preferred.
- Prior lending operations experience is preferred.
- Relationship-building, cross-functional influence, leadership collaboration, agility, and strong communication are preferred.
