Responsibilities
- Execute talent acquisition strategy in line with functional goals and objectives.
- Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and the broader recruitment process.
- Drive referral and campus hiring where required, including communication and employer branding across channels.
- Track market intelligence and industry trends in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
- Use recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify improvements, and report on key recruitment KPIs.
