Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a UAE growth roadmap aligned with national development programs and infrastructure investment cycles.
  • Identify high value opportunities across transport authorities, municipalities, sovereign backed developers, and mega development programs.
  • Drive early client engagement to influence procurement strategy and scope definition.
  • Expand presence in strategic frameworks and long term master development programs.
  • Establish trusted relationships at C suite and board level within target organizations.
  • Lead strategic account development plans for priority clients.
  • Act as the face of the organization in high level negotiations and industry forums.
  • Position differentiated, value led solutions that align with client transformation agendas.
  • Lead end to end capture lifecycle for high value pursuits.
  • Develop aggressive and data driven win strategies.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence assessments and define market counter positioning.
  • Structure teaming strategies, joint ventures, and strategic alliances to maximize win.
