- Own business content on local social and digital channels for Smart Buildings and Smart Power solutions

Requirements
- Degree in communications or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Communications in a B2B and B2C environment (ideally technical/industrial)
- Proven experience in supporting communication across all channels
- Strong written and spoken communication skills; effective storyteller
- Design experience: Adobe, Canva etc.
- Campaign tool experience: Pardot etc.
- Bilingual in Arabic & English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with on time delivery
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed

Your Role And Responsibilities

Accountabilities
- Works directly with the Global Business Communications Manager and regional Marketing and Sales leader, to develop and implement the business communications plan.
- Propose and implement communications plans validated by the Marketing & Sales manager, in alignment with growth plans and within their approved budget.
- Supports communications efforts, projects, and initiatives such as events, trade shows, and conferences, or other cross divisional initiatives (collaborate with marketing and product marketing on joint topics).
- Partners to help with executive messaging locally for trade media, digital communications, and thought leadership.
- Assist with the localization of global initiatives or campaigns.
- Supports generating leads via advertising, sponsorship, and other promotional activities, using the internet as a hub for integrated marketing communications through pardot and similar campaign tools.
- Develops creative concepts related to all communications vehicles, per branding guidelines with a strong writer/editor that adheres to ABB brand standards and guidelines.
- Owns the business content on local social and digital channels for Smart Buildings and Smart Power solutions.
- Organizes events and trade exhibitions to improve corporate image and to support the business.
- Owns the messaging development for content specific to Smart Buildings and Smart Power locally aligned to the respective audiences.
- Manages the creation, production, and publication of brochures, catalogues, and other sales literature, in either printed or electronic form, to support sales activities and product launches.
- Partners to help executive messaging locally for trade media, digital communications and thought leadership. Collaborates with Country Communications and Division peers to help tell the ABB story.
Qualifications For The Role
- Degree in communications or related field and minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Communications in a B2B and B2C environment (ideally technical/industrial environment).
- Proven experience in supporting communication across all channels.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills. Effective storyteller.
- Design experience: Adobe, Canva ect.
- Campaign tool experience: Pardot etc.
- Bilingual in Arabic & English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with on time delivery.
- Work on measurement KPIs and reporting to help track performance and learning.
- Team player who thrives by contributing to the success of the team and the business.
- Ability to travel and work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours as needed.
