Responsibilities
- Lead workshops with global stakeholders to capture business requirements across o9 Platform planning modules
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories aligned with platform data models and configuration logic
- Collaborate with technical team to ensure accurate configuration, data integration, and workflow setup
- Support master data mapping and validation (location, channel, planning hierarchies)
- Support end to end testing cycles, including UAT planning, defect management, and signoffs
- Create comprehensive process documentation, functional specs, and user training materials tailored for global teams
- Support change management by preparing training materials and facilitating user adoption across teams
- Support cutover and go live activities and provide hypercare post deployment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Supply Chain Planning implementations
- Hands on experience or familiarity with supply chain planning or planning architecture
- Strong domain knowledge in Apparel & Footwear planning processes
- Experience in writing user stories, BRDs, process flows, and test scripts, using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and time zones
- Ability to simplify complex planning concepts for non technical users
- Hands on experience with o9 platform or strong familiarity with its data model and planning architecture
- Strong understanding of E2E Integrated Business Planning (IBP) including Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Demand Planning and related functions
- Experience with the entire lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence

- As a Business Analyst Supply Chain E2E Planning, you’ll play a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey by leading the implementation of integrated business planning platform tailored to the Apparel and Footwear industry.
- Acting as the key liaison between business and technology teams, driving requirements gathering, solution design, and seamless execution of end to end (E2E) planning capabilities from demand planning to supply and inventory optimization.
- This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work.
Meet your future team
- The E2E Planning and ERP & Business Applications team is composed of product managers, functional specialists, and technical experts focused on delivering scalable solutions across demand planning, supply chain optimization, and inventory management.
- We closely collaborate with Supply Chain and Data & Analytics teams to ensure our solutions align with business objectives and are fully supported by the systems that drive decisions.
Core Activities
- Leading workshops with global stakeholders to capture business requirements across o9 Platform planning modules including Merchandise Financial Planning, Allocation & Replenishment, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Long Range Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories aligned with platform data models and configuration logic.
- Collaborating with technical team to ensure accurate configuration, data integration, and workflow setup.
- Supporting master data mapping and validation (location, channel, planning hierarchies).
- Supporting end to end testing cycles, including UAT planning, defect management, and signoffs.
- Creating comprehensive process documentation, functional specs, and user training materials tailored for global teams.
- Supporting change management by preparing training materials and facilitating user adoption across teams.
- Supporting cutover and go live activities and providing hypercare post deployment.
Future Work
- Partnering with Planning, Merchandising, and IT teams to roll out additional modules or enhancements (e.g., Assortment Planning).
- Supporting data governance and master data improvement initiatives to drive higher planning accuracy.
- Driving continuous improvement in planning workflows, improving planner experience and reducing manual work.
- Working on global planning transformation initiatives aligned with our sustainability and DTC growth strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Supply Chain Planning implementations.
- Hands on experience or familiarity with supply chain planning or planning architecture.
- Strong domain knowledge in Apparel & Footwear planning processes merchandise finance planning, demand forecasting, supply planning, and allocation & inventory optimization.
- Experience in writing user stories, BRDs, process flows, and test scripts, and managing these using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Detail oriented and can manage multiple stakeholders across functions and time zones.
- Ability to simplify complex planning concepts for non technical users and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Hands on experience with o9 platform, or strong familiarity with its data model and planning architecture.
- Strong understanding of E2E Integrated Business Planning (IBP) including Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP), Demand Planning and related functions.
- Experience with the entire lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation.
- Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Familiarity with integration concepts using ETL tools or APIs for planning data flow.
- Knowledge of process modeling using Business Process Model and Notation or similar standards.
Compensation
- The salary range for this role is CAD 82,000 CAD 108,000.
