Role purpose

Business analysis and analytics
- Analyze current FTP methodologies, pricing structures, and profitability allocation mechanisms.
- Assess funding curves, liquidity premiums, and transfer pricing assumptions.
- Analyze product, business, and portfolio profitability.
- Support RAROC-based performance metrics and profitability models.
- Assess the impact of FTP changes on business performance and pricing outcomes.
Framework and governance support
- Support redesign of funding curves, liquidity pricing models, behavioral assumptions, optionality methodologies, and margin allocation frameworks.
- Document business and functional requirements for FTP enhancements.
- Assist in defining governance structures between Treasury, Global Markets, Finance, and business units.
- Support policies, procedures, and operating model documentation.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
Transformation and reporting
- Support implementation of FTP methodologies, reporting frameworks, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with Technology teams on data, reporting, and calculation requirements.
- Track delivery milestones and support change management activities.
- Develop dashboards and management reports for profitability, FTP, and RAROC performance.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and provide analytical insights for decision-making.
Experience
- 7–10 years of banking experience in Treasury, Finance, ALM, FTP, Risk Analytics, Business Analysis, or Performance Management.
- Experience supporting FTP, Treasury, Finance, or balance sheet management initiatives.
- Exposure to profitability, RAROC, liquidity, or capital management frameworks is preferred.
Profile
- Strong understanding of FTP methodologies and banking balance sheet management.
- Knowledge of funding curves, liquidity pricing, and profitability frameworks.
- Experience in business analysis, process documentation, and financial analytics.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, stakeholder management, reporting, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of Treasury and Global Markets operating models.
- Based in Qatar.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
