Role Summary
Support Credit and Risk Excellence initiatives through business analysis, credit process transformation, policy enhancement, RAROC analysis, portfolio analytics, and risk governance implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze credit portfolios, risk trends, profitability, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Assess sector, product, client, and geographic risk exposures.
- Map and improve credit processes and approval workflows.
- Support credit policy enhancements, process automation, RAROC, portfolio analytics, and capital utilization analysis.
- Assist with risk appetite and credit approval framework implementation.
- Gather and document business requirements for risk initiatives.
- Prepare dashboards, management reports, and portfolio insights.
- Coordinate with Risk, Credit, Finance, Business, and Technology teams.
- Support workshops, governance meetings, transformation programs, and implementation tracking.
Must-Have Skills
- Credit risk experience or expertise in corporate or wholesale banking.
- Business analysis, credit policy, and governance knowledge.
- RAROC, risk analytics, and portfolio analytics experience.
- Knowledge of risk appetite frameworks and credit process transformation.
- Requirements gathering and documentation capability.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
