Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day brand and retail operations.
- Coordinate with stores, warehouse, logistics, suppliers, finance, merchandising, and other internal departments.
- Manage inventory processes covering stock movement, replenishment, deliveries, transfers, product availability, and store requirements.
- Monitor operational performance and prepare sales, inventory, and KPI reports.
- Ensure policy compliance, documentation, and timely follow-up on invoices, payments, purchase orders, and related matters.
- Support new store openings, pop-ups, exhibitions, and other business initiatives.
- Identify operational issues, implement process improvements, and provide planning support to management.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand, retail, or business operations.
- Experience in women's wear, fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or premium retail is preferred.
- Strong background in retail or store operations with excellent cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, logistics, supplier coordination, and day-to-day operational processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, including operational reports, sales data, and KPIs.
