We’re Hiring: Brand / Lead Barista (Specialty Coffee Experience Preferred)
We are looking for a talented and passionate **Brand / Lead Barista** to join our growing coffee team in Qatar.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong barista expertise with leadership, creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Location: Qatar

About The Role
As a Brand / Lead Barista, you will play a key role in maintaining high coffee standards across all operations while representing the brand’s identity, culture, and service philosophy.
You will lead by example, support team development, and help create memorable guest experiences through quality coffee and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the barista team during daily café operations
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and customer service
- Perform espresso calibration, grinder adjustments, and brewing adjustments throughout the day
- Train and mentor baristas in workflow, coffee knowledge, latte art, and service standards
- Uphold and represent the brand’s values, culture, and guest experience standards
- Assist in developing seasonal drinks and coffee programs
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and café presentation standards
- Support inventory control and stock management
- Engage professionally with customers and build strong guest relationships
- Work closely with management to improve operational efficiency and team performance
Requirements
✅ Previous experience as a Lead Barista, Brand Barista, or similar role
✅ Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, manual brewing, latte art, and calibration
✅ Proven leadership and team training experience
✅ Excellent communication and hospitality skills
✅ Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
✅ Specialty coffee experience preferred
✅ Applicants from Saudi Arabia willing to relocate to Qatar are encouraged to apply
