Boutique Manager role for a Dubai-based luxury jewellery retail operation.
The position manages boutique operations, retail standards, customer experience, sales performance, and team development.

- Salary depends on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage boutique operations, luxury retail standards, product presentation, security, and customer experience.
- Drive sales and profitability through targets, KPI monitoring, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Build VIP, HNW, and UHNW client relationships through clienteling and database management.
- Lead the boutique team, organize VIP events, manage high-value transactions, and report to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager in the luxury jewellery industry.
- Proven experience managing and developing a retail sales team.
- Strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market and high-end clientele.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and client database management.
Preferred Experience
- An extensive existing client database and strong personal client network are highly preferred.
