About the Client
The client is a Dubai-based enterprise with a growing portfolio across luxury fashion, couture accessories, and lifestyle brands.
Job Description
- Manage boutique operations while maintaining luxury jewellery retail standards, product presentation, security, and customer experience.
- Drive sales and profitability through targets, KPI monitoring, cross-selling, and upselling.
- Develop VIP, HNW, and UHNW client relationships using the client database and effective clienteling.
- Lead the boutique team, organize VIP events and private appointments, and manage high-value transactions.
- Provide regular sales, clienteling, and market reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of UAE experience as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager in the luxury jewellery industry.
- Proven experience managing and developing a retail sales team.
- Strong understanding of the luxury jewellery market and high-end clientele.
- An extensive existing client database and strong personal client network are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and client database management.
