Gardinia Contracting is an integrated construction company supporting Azizi Developments' residential, hospitality, and commercial projects in Dubai.
The company delivers civil works, MEP, interior fit-outs, landscaping, and pools through an in-house construction approach.
Role Overview
Develop detailed landscape BIM models supporting design coordination, documentation, and construction across live UAE-based real estate and community development projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting, and site infrastructure.
- Coordinate landscape models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes.
- Prepare working drawings, sections, details, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans, LOD requirements, and company or client standards.
- Update models based on design changes, RFIs, and site instructions.
- Support BIM coordination reports and clash detection logs.
- Liaise with landscape architects, consultants, and site teams to verify model accuracy.
- Extract model data for material schedules, cost estimates, and procurement support.
- Maintain version control and model data in the Common Data Environment.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and design reviews.
