Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines, ensuring accurate integration of structural, architectural, and MEP elements for complex civil and infrastructure works
- Develop, review, and update 3D and 4D models, check model compliance with project standards, and resolve clashes through coordination with design and site teams
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to support design development, construction planning, and documentation
- Prepare model based drawings, reports, and quantity take offs
- Help implement BIM standards and workflows, support team members in BIM tools and practices, and contribute to continuous process improvements on bridge and road infrastructure projects
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination, with experience managing models for bridges, roads, and infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of Architecture and civil / infrastructure design principles, with ability to interpret and coordinate technical drawings and specifications
- Experience coordinating BIM with MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and interface issues
- Project Management skills, including planning, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and supporting timely delivery of project milestones
- Hands on experience with common BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D or similar), and ability to work with large, multi disciplinary models
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively in cross functional, site based project teams
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi for a BIM Coordinator / Engineer focused exclusively on bridge, infrastructure, and road projects.
- The BIM Coordinator / Engineer will manage and coordinate BIM models across disciplines, ensuring accurate integration of structural, architectural, and MEP elements for complex civil and infrastructure works.
- Daily responsibilities include developing, reviewing, and updating 3D and 4D models, checking model compliance with project standards, and resolving clashes through coordination with design and site teams.
- The role involves collaborating with project managers, engineers, and consultants to support design development, construction planning, and documentation, as well as preparing model based drawings, reports, and quantity take offs.
- The BIM Coordinator / Engineer will also help implement BIM standards and workflows, support team members in BIM tools and practices, and contribute to continuous process improvements on bridge and road infrastructure projects.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and BIM Coordination, with experience managing models for bridges, roads, and infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of Architecture and civil / infrastructure design principles, with the ability to interpret and coordinate technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines to identify and resolve clashes and interface issues.
- Project Management skills, including planning, coordinating stakeholders, monitoring progress, and supporting timely delivery of project milestones.
- Hands on experience with common BIM and CAD tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D or similar), and the ability to work with large, multi disciplinary models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in bridge, highway, and infrastructure projects in the Middle East or similar markets is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross functional, site based project teams.
