- Deliver a warm, polished, and efficient welcome and farewell to guests
- Safely and efficiently manage guest luggage with care and discretion
- Accompany guests to and from rooms, providing personalized introduction to property and room features
- Support guests with directions, enquiries, and general hotel information
- Liaise with valet and transportation services for seamless arrivals, departures, and transfers
- Maintain lobby and entrance areas in immaculate condition aligned with DELANO standards
- Assist front office and concierge teams during peak periods
- Create a welcoming atmosphere through attentive, intuitive, and respectful interaction
- Respond promptly to guest requests or minor issues, escalating where appropriate
- Consistently embody DELANO's luxury lifestyle service culture through appearance, behavior, and communication
Requirements
- Previous experience in luxury hotel or resort environment in bellman, porter, or guest services role
- Strong interpersonal skills with warm, professional, guest focused approach
- Ability to handle luggage and remain active throughout shifts
- High standards of presentation and care in guest facing interactions
- Clear, courteous, and confident communication with diverse guests
- Relevant qualification such as Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred

Qualifications

- High standards of presentation and care in all guest facing interactions.
- Works effectively with front office, concierge, and valet teams.
- Clear, courteous, and confident communication with guests of diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant qualification such as Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience) preferred.
