- Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery
- Ensure every guest interaction reflects DELANO’s luxury lifestyle standards
- Guide, coach, and support front office agents to maintain high performance
- Oversee seamless arrival and departure experiences with accuracy
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments for smooth guest flow
- Oversee daily shift operations including task allocation and handovers
Requirements
- Proven experience in a front office or guest services role within a luxury hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment
- Strong supervisory experience with ability to motivate and develop team members
- Confident in front office systems, procedures, and luxury service standards
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, guest centric approach
- Calm, solution oriented mindset with ability to manage high pressure situations
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management preferred

- Front Office Leadership: Supervise daily front desk operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent service delivery
- Guest Experience Excellence: Ensure every guest interaction reflects DELANO’s luxury lifestyle standards
- Team Supervision & Support: Guide, coach, and support front office agents
- Check in & Check out Oversight: Ensure seamless arrival and departure experiences
- Service Recovery: Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Operational Coordination: Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments
- Shift Management: Oversee daily shift operations
- System & Process Control: Ensure accurate use of PMS systems
- Quality Standards: Maintain high standards of presentation, communication, and service etiquette
- Guest Engagement: Build strong guest relationships and ensure personalised service
Qualifications
- Luxury Experience: Proven experience in a front office or guest services role within a luxury hotel
- Leadership Skills: Strong supervisory experience
- Operational Knowledge: Confident in front office systems and luxury service standards
- Guest Focus: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem Solving Ability: Calm, solution oriented mindset
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills
- Educational Background: Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management preferred
- Great Personality: Personality and experience are equally valued
