Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, intuitive and personalised service throughout the guest journey
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods to guide guests
- Execute all aspects of table service with precision, including setup, order delivery, clearing, and maintaining presentation standards
- Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipating needs and creating memorable dining experiences
- Manage assigned tables efficiently, ensuring smooth coordination between courses
- Work closely with front of house and kitchen teams for seamless communication and service execution
- Confidently promote menu items, specials, and beverages in a guest focused manner
- Maintain high levels of hygiene, mise en place, and station readiness
- Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment (luxury hotel, high end restaurant, or exclusive beach club)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for polished guest engagement
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service procedures
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings
- Ability to deliver impeccable table service
- Relevant qualification such as Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management (or equivalent experience) preferred
- Positive energy and passion for creating memorable guest experiences

- Educational Background: Relevant qualification such as Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
