About The Ned Doha
The Ned Doha is a luxury destination housed in Doha’s former Ministry of Interior building.
The property includes seven dining concepts, 90 bedrooms, event spaces, and Ned’s Club with a rooftop terrace, spa, gym, and outdoor pool.
The Role
The Ned Doha is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender passionate about specialty coffee and exceptional beverages.
The role involves preparing espresso, signature cocktails, and other beverages while building genuine guest connections.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare and serve specialty coffees, teas, cocktails, mocktails, and other premium beverages to high standards.
- Deliver warm, engaging, and personalized service that creates memorable guest experiences.
- Share knowledge of coffee, beverages, and menu offerings and make tailored recommendations.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked bar and coffee station throughout each shift.
- Ensure consistency in beverage presentation, taste, and quality.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service standards.
- Work with restaurant and bar teams to provide seamless service during busy periods.
- Contribute creative ideas that enhance guest experiences and beverage offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartender experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, café, or premium bar.
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
- Experience crafting classic cocktails, mocktails, and premium beverages.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
