About The Ned Doha
The Ned Doha is a luxury destination in a former Ministry of Interior building with seven dining concepts, hotel bedrooms, event spaces, and a private members' club.
The property combines heritage, contemporary luxury, hospitality, dining, wellness, and entertainment facilities.
The Role
The Head Waiter/Waitress will lead by example, inspire the team, and deliver warm and attentive hospitality to guests.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining high service standards.
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Guide team members during service and provide coaching and support.
- Build product knowledge and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations.
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with confidence, care, and efficiency.
- Work with management and culinary teams to ensure seamless service and memorable dining experiences.
- Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Waiter or Senior Waiter in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for exceptional guest service and memorable dining experiences.
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-focused approach and commitment to excellence.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
