About The Ned Doha
The Ned Doha is a luxury destination housed in Doha’s former Ministry of Interior building.
The property includes seven dining concepts, 90 bedrooms, event spaces, Ned’s Club, a spa, a gym, and a 30-metre outdoor pool.
The Role
Oversee human resources practices and processes with a focus on employee training and development.
Work with management and employees to support continuous learning and professional growth.
Learning and Development
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and manager communication.
- Develop, implement, and monitor programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate workshops, seminars, e-learning, and other learning activities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
- Foster continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Relations and Strategy
- Promote a positive work environment and organizational culture.
- Collaborate with the Director of HR and senior management on HR strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
- Develop and manage L&D budgets and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular audits of HR practices and recommend improvements.
- Manage risk through effective HR and L&D practices and policies.
About You
- Proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end restaurants.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with precision and discretion.
- Commercially minded with an understanding of market trends and guest expectations.
- Collaborative and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
