About The Ned Doha
The Ned Doha is a luxury destination in Doha's former Ministry of Interior building, with dining concepts, bedrooms, event spaces, and Ned's Club facilities.
The Role
The role supports a professional kitchen team in delivering outstanding dishes with consistency and care at Electric Diner.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in preparing and cooking dishes to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Support the kitchen team during service and contribute to smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Prepare ingredients, sauces, pasta, and other menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Work with senior chefs to continuously improve culinary skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in luxury hospitality.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to work.
- Basic understanding of food safety and HACCP standards.
Compensation
- Tax-free annual salary of QAR 24,000.
