Responsibilities
- Make all coffee, drinks and food to standards, adhering to recipe specifications
- Recognize every ingredient and make every recipe
- Ensure speed and quality of service standards are always maintained
- Work efficiently to prepare orders and deliver to standard
- Label and store products correctly and in the right conditions
- Apply FIFO – display older food first, rotate stock
- Deal correctly with out of date products
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in fridges, freezers, storage areas
- Check and receive deliveries
- Ensure 100% product availability to range parameters
- Prepare drinks and food to Everyday Coffee standards and record temperature
Requirements
- At least 2 years of being a barista
- Detail oriented, structured, and able to prioritize
- Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Ability to interact with senior level executives and manage stakeholder expectations
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- We’re looking for a Barista to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store 'tMart'.
Responsibilities
- Make all coffee, drinks and food to standards – adheres to recipe specifications, Barista Workbook and food skills
- Recognize every ingredient and can make every recipe
- Follow recipe cards to standards
- Ensure speed and quality of service standards are always maintained
- Work efficiently to prepare orders and delivers to standard to every order
- Label and store products correctly and in the right conditions
- FIFO – displays older food first. Rotates stock so food and drinks are always fresh
- Deals correctly with out of date products
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness in fridges, freezers/ storage areas
- Check and Receive deliveries
- Cleanliness of Workstation: Maintains High Food and Hygiene Standards (cleanliness & temp checks)
- Displays organized using planograms and standards manuals
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of being a barista
- Very detail oriented, structured and know how to prioritize
- Robust interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Ability to interact with senior level executives and manage stakeholder expectations
- Energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Language skills: Fluent English and Arabic would be highly advantageous
