About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and scale our corporate sales function within the UAE business setup and company formation space. You will drive B2B sales strategy, manage channel partnerships, and lead a sales team to achieve revenue targets.

- Drive B2B sales strategy focused on acquiring corporate clients, SMEs, and institutional partners for business setup services.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of channel partners, including consultants, agencies, and referral networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market reach and revenue.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures with B2B clients.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, marketing, compliance) to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of B2B sales experience within UAE corporate services / business setup / free zone environment.
- Strong understanding of UAE licensing, visa processes, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales role.
- Established network of channel partners, corporate clients, or business consultants in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self driven, target oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
- UAE driving license preferred.
