Role Overview
Develop and maintain clear, standardized operational manuals and procedures across the Operations Division.
Align documentation with approved ways of working, regulatory requirements, and operational documentation standards.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Convert legacy documentation into structured operational procedures supported by visual process maps.
- Create consistent, high-quality PDF, HTML, and XML versions of operational documentation.
- Author, format, publish, review, and update operational content in the Document Management System.
- Work with subject matter experts to capture technical knowledge and approved operational procedures.
- Maintain templates and update documentation following operational changes or process improvements.
- Promote Safety Management System reporting and follow workplace safety procedures.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum three years of experience producing operations documentation in aviation or Flight Ops environments.
- Knowledge of technical documentation principles and structured authoring.
- Basic understanding of airline operations.
- Familiarity with document management systems and digital publishing of technical content.
- High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
