Job Description
- AV Supervisor to oversee audiovisual operations and ensure flawless event execution.
- Responsibilities include technical setup, operation, and maintenance of AV systems, alongside team leadership and event coordination.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of AV equipment, including sound systems, projectors, video conferencing, and lighting.
- Event Management: Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex audiovisual setups for diverse events, ensuring seamless operation.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate a team of AV technicians.
- Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage equipment, schedules, and event logistics.
