What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?
- Take end to end ownership of warranty cases received via the portal.
- Reach out to customers, understand their concerns, and resolve issues through clear communication.

What’s Under The Hood
- Strong proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in a customer facing workshop environment.
- Solid hands on knowledge of automobiles.
- Ability to remain composed, professional, and solution focused under pressure.
- UAE experience is a plus.
