- 2 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 3 years sales experience; OR 4 year bachelor's degree in same fields with 1 year sales experience

Job Summary
- Assists in leading the property’s segmented sales effort and implementing sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and guest satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- 2 year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.
- OR 4 year bachelor's degree in same fields; 1 year experience in sales and marketing or related professional area.

- Works with sales leader to ensure understanding and implementation of sales strategy.
- Assists in developing and sustaining aggressive solicitation program.
- Works with management team to create and implement sales plan.
- Assists with development and implementation of promotions.
- Provides positive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.
- Recommends booking goals for sales team members.
- Approves space release for catering to maximize revenue.
- Participates in sales calls to acquire new business.
- Executes operational aspects of business booked.
- Analyzes market information using sales systems.
- Assists Revenue Management with accurate projections.
- Reviews sales and catering guest satisfaction results.
