- Conduct internal and external research to support strategic planning, including market trends and competitive landscape
- Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop business models, cost benefit analyses, and scenario projections
- Assist in creating strategic roadmaps, corporate presentations, and board materials
- Support strategy execution by tracking project KPIs and monitoring milestones
- Collaborate with data analysts and business units to gather input and validate findings
- Prepare executive dashboards and visual reports using PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools
- Evaluate strategic initiatives and investment proposals using structured methodologies
- Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture inputs and communicate insights
- Assist in M&A research, due diligence, and integration planning
- Conduct SWOT, PESTEL, and gap analysis to assess strategic positioning
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities from a strategic planning perspective
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Master's degree or professional certification in Strategy, Management Consulting, or Project Management is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business analysis, or corporate planning
- Experience in healthcare or hospital strategy teams highly preferred
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, BCG Matrix)
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and manage multiple priorities
