Position Purpose
Implement the Solutions and Technical Support function's strategy and align the software and solution support team with organizational objectives.
Provide software solution support, manage daily operations, and serve as a subject matter expert for MFP software, visual solutions, and solution environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage software solution support activities, technical support operations, and software project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to dealers, distributors, system integrators, and customers.
- Support MPS, DMS, ECM, Digital Signage, Meeting Room Management, Interactive Display, and related platforms.
- Support requirements gathering, solution design, proposals, installation, rollout, and troubleshooting.
- Investigate authentication, connectivity, software crash, and integration issues and identify root causes.
- Train dealer technicians and deliver technical training programs with supporting materials.
- Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concept activities, user testing, and product feedback reviews.
- Collaborate with developers, factories, vendors, and service providers on new features and critical software issues.
- Coach junior team members and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
